SliQ Invoicing Plus is a great tool to handle a company's processes like invoicing, quoting, purchasing and inventorying. Because this software can manage all that information, you can create your invoices, view paid and unpaid invoices, create notes of credit for your clients, create and print delivery notes for your products, among other functions. Thanks to its setup wizard, it will only take you a few minutes to setup the software with the details of your business and begin creating professional documents to send them to your clients or suppliers, via email, or hard copy.
The program allows a complete customization of the data that are required so you will not have to face fields with data that you do not need, the Interface is simple, and the information is displayed in different tabs containing a detailed list of each element created.
The most effective characteristic of this software is the control level that you can achieve for your accounting process; it also provides you with an overview of your purchase orders, suppliers and contact lists, product lists you purchase from them, payment terms, taxes, customer notes, delivery notes or specifications, etc.
To create a new invoice you will be asked to provide the name of your customer, their addresses in case the delivery address is different from the invoice address, the order number in case you have a purchase order from your customer, and the item code or number. If it is a new item, the program will ask you to provide the description, the price per unit, the tax rate, then the quantity of items, and it will automatically calculate the tax and the totals. You can write customized notes for your client, or add special needs for the delivery. You can also customize the delivery options to match your business methods.
You can also mark an operation as a recurring purchase, then set the expected date for the next purchase. Once you receive the payment for that invoice you can record a customer payment for that invoice; also, you can void the invoice in case you need to.
At the bottom the program displays a current balance for the generated invoices, paid and unpaid. In this record you can set the payment method and the date of payment.
Just by clicking a button, you can create a quote and then pass it automatically to an invoice when you receive a purchase order, or create an invoice and pass it to a quote for a new purchase.
For your inventory you can set the information of each product you sell, its price, and any discounts for each product. For the quote section you can track the status of quotes, i.e. track which quotes have been converted to invoices or rejected.
Another great function for this software is the capability to generate reports, choosing different types of reports such as unpaid customer invoices, overdue customer invoices, product sales, sales by customer, sales by person, payment summary, among others, selecting this month, the last month, a range of dates or all the information available, then you can export it to a spread sheet like MS® Excel.
In security matters the software lets you set a password to protect your documents. If a password is set; SliQ will prompt for the password whenever the file is opened.
